Abstract

Chronic Total Occlusions (CTOs) are defined as completely occluded coronary arteries with an occlusion duration of at least 3 months. This report compares efficacy and safety of percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) to medical treatment or coronary bypass graft surgery (CABG).
